Terms of Service

                    Short version: Don't abuse our tools, don't use them for illegal activities, and
                    understand that we provide these "as is" without warranties. We're here to help you secure your
                    site, not to be a vector for attacks.
                

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StackAnchor website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StackAnchor provides tools for domain health auditing and uptime monitoring. The free "Audit" tool allows users to scan public domains for security and performance metrics. The "Pulse" tool (coming soon) provides continuous monitoring via Cloudflare Workers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to audit domains you do not have permission to scan (though the tool only accesses publicly available data).
Attempt to bypass our rate limits or abuse detection systems.
Reverse engineer or scrape the Service for commercial gain.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StackAnchor and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

StackAnchor and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
